The larvae are best kept on growing food plant or cut food in rain water.They require plenty of ventilation or they are liable to get a virus and die. Ova will be sent to avoid larvae catching a virus in the post due to lack of ventilation and hot temperatures.
The larvae feed on Fennel, Dill, Carrot, Parsnip, Rue and other plants.
